Bingaman, Warren Norman - 12/30/2007

Warren Norman Bingaman, 93, formerly of Muhlenberg Township, died Dec. 30, 2007, at 7:20 a.m. in the Golden Living Center, Exeter Township, where he had been a resident since Aug. 24, 2006. He was the widower of Kathryn Norma (Eberly) Bingaman, who died July 24, 2004. Born in Reading on Oct. 26, 1914, he was a son of the late Samuel and Ella May (Noll) Bingaman. Warren was employed as a laborer for 10 years with Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line, Paoli, and later as a crane operator with Reading Metals, Ontelaunee Township. He was a co-founder of the Barn Stormers Radio Controlled Model Airplane Club.

Warren is survived by a grandson, Norman R. Jr., husband of Angele M. (Cerra) Bingaman, Cumru Township; and a great-grandson, Brent W. Bingaman, Cumru Township. He was predeceased by a son, Norman Robert Bingaman Sr., who died Feb. 17, 2006.

Services will be Friday at 10 a.m. in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale, with Padre Ramon E. Martinez officiating. Burial will be in Laureldale Cemetery. A viewing will be held one hour prior to services in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Asera Care Hospice, 690 Stockton Drive, Suite 100, Exton, PA 19341.1
