Shenkel United Church of Christ

Shenkel United Church of Christ was first established  in 1837 as the Second German Reformed Church. Burials in the cemetery beside the church date back to the late 1700's, predating the establishment of teh church by about 50 years as the cemetery was first established as a community burial ground.
