In the name of God, Amen, I, Robert McCune of Southampton Township Cumberland County, Considering the Certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time thereof, do make and publish this my last will and testament as follows: I leave and bequeath unto my beloved wife Elizabeth and to my son Matthew Henry the net proceeds and incomes of all my real estate they to enjoy the same in Common during their natural lives and the survivor of them to enjoy the whole during her or his natural life, and I do hereby appoint my said wife Elizabeth and my son James Executrix and Executor of this my last will and testament, In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this eleventh day of July one Thousand Eight Hundred and fifty-three.
Signed Sealed and Declared as the last will and testmaent of the said Robert McCune we at his request and in his presence signing our names as wintess hereto.
