Shippensburg, March 26. E. J. McCune, secretary of the Shippensburg state normal school for many years, and manager of the Chambersburg, Carlisle and Harrisburg turnpike company, died suddenly here this morning. Mr. McCune had been ill for some time butit was thought that his condition was not serious. He is survived by three daughters and two sons. He was sixty-five years old. the funeral will be held Friday morning at 2 o'clock from the house.1
