To son William and hrs., dwelling plantation "Durand," sd. son dying without issue, sd. lands to descend to sons Samuel and George, and their or either of their hrs.
To son Samuel and hrs., 100 A. being pt. "Illingsworth Fortune," (formerly laid out for Peter Sawell and his wife Christian, and since descended to testator for want of hrs. of sd. Christian.)
To Quaker meeting house nr. The Clifts, £3.

Testator states that having on the 27th day of 11th mo. 1730, and before marriage with his now wife Elizabeth secured to her 200 A. “Batchellor's Fortune,” she is to possess said land during her life; also part of “Johns' Addition,” adjoining; certain portion of personalty and 1/8 of personal estate in lieu of dowry.
To 2 sons Richard and Samuel and their hrs., dwelling plantation, 400 A. “Angelica,” and part of “John's Addition.”
To 2 sons Abraham and Isaac and their hrs., 500 A. of “Christopher's Camp,” Balto. Co.
To son Jacob, £70.
To son Aquilla and hrs., reversion of “Batchellor's Fortune” at decease of wife; should sd. son die during minority or without issue sd. tract to sons Richard and Samuel and their hrs. Should son Abraham or Isaac die during minority or without issue, survivor to inherit portion of decease; should both die as afsd. their portion of land to son Jacob and hrs. Should sons Richard, Samuel and Abraham die during minority or without issue, part of “Christopher's Camp” to son Jacob and hrs.
To dau. Ann, personalty. Residue of personal estate to be divided among 7 child. Four sons: Abraham, Issac, Jacob and Aquilla to receive estates at age of 21.

To grandson Richard and hrs. (eldest son of deceased son Abraham), two tracts made over to testator by Wm. Billingley, being 136 A., “Billingsley's Swamp,” and 150 A., “Friendship Rectifyed”; also 160 A., “Fellowship,” bou. of Wm. Dorrumple, and all three tracts lying bet. the “Clifts” and the branches of Battle Creek.
To grandson Abraham and hrs. (youngest son of deceased son Abraham), two tracts bou. of Wm. Williams, Sr. and Jr., “Chance,” cont. 108 A., the other adj. “Dodson's Desire,” cont. 100 A., also “The Purchase,” bou. of Thomas Johns, these three tracts being in Calvert Co. and cont. 308 A.
Testator states that having made over by deed of gift to the hrs. of his deceased son, Aquilla, part of a tract called “Letchworth's Chance,” cont. 400 A., it passed to Richard, eldest son of sd. Aquila.
To grandson Aquila and hrs. (youngest son of deceased son Aquila), a tract bou. of John Edmonson, 600 A., “Cold Spring,” in freshes of Gr. Choptank R.
To son Richard and hrs. (having already made over to him by deed of gift the plan. where he dwells, being 300 A. of “Letchworth's Chance” afsd.), 300 A., “Fuller.”
To son Kensey and hrs. (having already made over to him part of tract called “Meares,” cont. 200 A., and also 100 A. adj., being part of a tract testator now lives on called “Angellica”), 100 A. of “Angellica” adj. part already given him, also 157½ A., “White's Rest,” bou. of James Bechamp, and 50 A., “Chance,” bou. of Wm. Griffen and his wife.
To son Isaac and hrs. (having already given him two tracts, 100 A., “Batchelors Fortune,” and 112 A., “Johns Addition”), remaining part of dwel. plan., “Angellica.”
To granddau. Rebecca Johns, personalty.
To son-in-law Robt. Roberts and hrs., 200 A. the s. side of “Grey's Chance” on the Clifts, being the plan. where he now dwells, and acquit him of all indebtedness to estate.
To dau.-in-law Eliza: Cole, Quakers on Western Shore, Sarah Day, Job Hunt and his brother Thos., personalty.
Residue of personal est. to be divided into 10 equal parts and allotted as follows:
2 pts. to child. of deceased son Abraham, as eldest son.
1 pt. to be equally divided among child. of deceased son Aquila.
1 pt. each to sons Richard, Kensey and Isaac.
1 pt. each to daus. Priscilla Roberts and Margaret Hopkins.
The remaining 2 pts. to dau. Eliza: Troth, she not having had a full portion with her other sisters.
