Trimble, William - 1795. Concord

I, William Trimble of the Township of Concord being advancd in years and weak of Body but through divine favour of sound disposing mind and memory fo make this my last will and Testament. - Imprimis I give to my son WIlliam Trimble all that part of my premises situate in West Whiteland that adjoins his saw mill and north of the great road called Lancaster Road to him his Heirs and assigns forever, likewise I give and bequeath to my son William my black Walnut desk and walnut oval Table in faull of all legacies whatsoever. My son Joseph have had what I intended for him only Sixty pounds hereafter directed to be paid him by Daniel and my grand son William twenty five pounds.

Item, I give and bequeath to my son Samuel Trimble one hundred and seventy five pounds (besides what he have already had of me of which I have kept a memorandum of) to be paid to him one year after my Decease.

Williamson, John - 8/14/1760

I John Williamson of Newtown in the County of Chester in the Province of Pennsylvania Yeoman, being weak of Body, but of Sound disposing mind and Memory, Praise be given to the Lord for the Same; And Considering the Certainty of Death and the uncertainty of the time thereof, I do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say, Principally and first of all I Recommend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God and my Body to be Buryed in a Christianly decent manner at the discretion of my Executors hereafter Named; And as touching such Worldly Estate as it hath Pleased God to Bless me with in this Life, I Give and devise the Same in the following manner and form.

Imprimis, my Will and mind is that all my Just Debts and funeral Expenses be paid and Discharged by my Executrs as soon as Conveniantly may be after my Decease.

Williamson, Sarah - 7/29/1789

I Sarah Williamson of the Township of Newtown in the County of Chester in Pennsylvania; Do Make this My Last Will and Testament in the manner following, that is to Say

first. My Will is that all my Just Debts and ffuneral Expences be paid as soon as Conveniently may be after my Decease.

Item I Give and Bequeath to my Son John Williamson and my Son-in-law Abel Green, the Sum of One Hundred pounds in Silver or Gold at the rate of Seven Shillings and Six pence for one Spanish piece of Eight, in trust for the Use of my Son Daniel Williamson, to be applied towards his peculiar Maintainance, Wearing Apparrel, and other Necessaries for him, at the Discretion of my said Son John and Son-in-law Abel, and the Survivor of them the Executors of Such Survivor or Such other persons as be Shall by will or otherwise appoint. but if my Said Son Daniel Shall Die before the Whole Money and Interest thereof be so applied, the remainder thereof shall be paid to heirs or Legatees.

Item I Give and Bequeath to my Daughter Margaret Brinton, my best feather Bed and all the furniture thereto belonging the better to Enable her to Entertain her friends.
