Last Will and Testament of Charles A. Briggeman
In the name of God Amen, I, Charles A. Briggeman, of the city of Baltimore in the State of Maryland, do make and publish this my last will and testament.
First, I commit my soul in into the hands of Almighty God and my body to the earth to be decently buried at the discretaion of my friends and wife Julia A. Briggeman; And after all my just debts funeral and other necessary expenses are paid -
First, I give and bequeath unto my wife Julia A. Briggeman the house known as number 29 West Mulberry Street and the house known as number 126 West Sarah Ann Street in the City of Baltimore in the State of Maryland.
Second, I give and bequeath all of my right title and interest that I have in my mother's estate Charlotte Briggeman; as long as my the said Julia A. Briggeman remains my widow; and all properties I may have an interest in at the time of my death.
Third, And should my wife remarry then the said property is to be divided among my children; Ida M. Briggeman, Bertha P. Briggeman and George F. Briggeman, then living; and the heirs of any or either that me decease before that time.
